Payments & Deposits

A deposit of $1 500.00 or 10% of the value of the hunt (whichever is greater) is payable to confirm the booking of the set date of the Safari.

For package hunts 50% of the full value of the package is payable 60 days prior to arrival.

For standard safaris 50% to the full value of the daily rates is payable 60 days prior to arrival.

The outstanding balance of the package/hunt will be settled before departure from camp

Payment can be made by either Wire transfer, Visa / Master / American Express credit card or Cash (A service levy of 2.5% on Visa / Master card payments and 5% on American Express)
Cancellation Policy

In the unforeseen event where a contracted safari needs to be cancelled, the booking can be rescheduled to another date within the same calendar year without any penalties to the client.

If the rescheduling for the same calendar year is not possible and must be moved to the next calendar year the client will be liable for the shortfall in rates and fees due to price escalations, if any occurs.

In the very unfortunate event where a safari needs to be cancelled completely, the deposit paid by the Client will be forfeited as per the following sliding scale:

Less than 6 months before safari date - Forfeit 100% of deposit paid

6 to 9 months before - Forfeit 50% of deposit paid

More than 9 months before safari date - Forfeit 15%
Wounded Animals
Any and all animals wounded and lost, whether from a package hunt, additional animals to a package hunt or animals from a standard safari, are payable in full as per the price list.
